Robin Good has posted a good collection of links to professional and amateur video footage and photos of the tsunami at his website, here.
Robin Good says:
This is meant to be a comprehensive clearinghouse to the visual content coming from all accessible online resources, amateur and professional, and covering the December 26 Asian tsunami. This is a simple, annotated mini-guide to access all of the videos, news clips and images made available in the last 7 days on the Internet. All sources are credited and linked to.
A big thank you to Robin and all the researchers around the world who carefully compiled all these images and footage. I can't imagine what it would be like to look up and see a wave that big and looking at the footage made it more real for me.
If you wish to donate check out my earlier post, here, which contains a link to different charities and their relief efforts.
It is terrible what is going on over there and I would liketo say that we should be thankfull for what we have and not bicker and fight...my school had a penny drive and we raised over 20,000,00 dollars for the Tsunami relif fund...and if you would like to find out more of whet our school has done e-mail me!!!
